Just FYI, The new dealer has an AeroplanesDAR Solo aircraft at Sun 'N Fun Lakeland FL this year. Just remember what that company did to me and how the airplane almost killed me by falling apart in flight from poor workmanship at their facility. Tell your friends to please avoid this plane.

The administrator of "Microlight and Ultralight Aircraft" "Job Chithalan" sent me this text a while ago. So there have been a lot of covered up crashes of the AeroplanesDAR Solo. Now it seems he wants to remain neutral and not comment on the Solo and is protecting AeroplanesDAR. Basically I look at this as hiding the facts and putting pilots lives in jeapordary by concealing the facts.

Why not contact him and let him know how serious United States Aviators are about preserving aviation safety in the US. We don't need another US pilot dead because of a terrible Bulgarian aircraft manufacturer.

Tony is back at it again with his con job on this piece of junk airplane. He should be put in jail for producing a death trap with cheap hardware, poor workmanship, and low grade materials. Don't buy this plane!

It's been brought to my attention that Tony is trying to get his planes into the United States again. He has a new design that looks like a Swift.
Again: The FAA has posted a notice to not allow these planes into the US. If they are brought here the FAA will not register them because of their lack of airworthiness.

It appears that Tony has been shut down and maybe in trouble with collection people. Maybe even in jail. Nobody has seen of heard from him in 6 months to date. Not that I celebrate the demise of anyone or to seek revenge. Tony has a long track record of cheating people and lying to people. What I do welcome is that Tony may never be able to sell one of these death trap airplanes from AeroplanesDAR to anyone again.

Please share this with every aviation friend you have. You could save a life!
For those of you that are interested in the AeroplanesDAR Solo or Duo aircraft. This is a warning! The first RTF or Ready To Fly solo was purchased my me and flown. The first flight on June 1st, 2017 was successful. Due to incredibly poor workmanship from the Bulgarian factory the first 9 ribs on the left wing were not riveted properly to the main spar. This lead to a structural failure of the left wing in flight on the second flight June 2nd, 2017. The photo of the wing rib is from the FAA where they concluded the cause of the crash was a structural failure of the wing ribs in the left wing.
Now note, post the crash, the manufacturer in Bulgaria has opted to run and hide by eliminating my distributorship, not funding repairs for their mistake, and refusing to take any responsibility for their mistake of poor workmanship.
This is a warning! Do not purchase this aircraft unless you desire to put your life on the line. I was very lucky I lived thru the crash. The Canada distributor has taken over my territory and will be attempting to sell these aircraft to the United States. DO NOT BUY THESE AIRCRAFT!

I completed the taxi testing on the Solo today. All is a go. I had to reseal the water cooling system when I noticed the engine getting a little warm. I have to wait 24 hours for the silicone gasket to cure. And then the weather which has been crazy here. Looks like the end of this next week when the weather gets good again there may be first flights. Stay tuned.
