We’ve got steady work lined up through the winter and we’re looking for experienced dump truck drivers ready to WORK.

This position will run on a 2 weeks out of town / 2 weeks in town rotation. When you’re out of town, we take care of the details so you can focus on the job.

✅ Good pay
✅ Per diem
✅ Housing provided while out of town
✅ Meals provided while out of town
✅ Transportation to Texas AND back home
✅ 12-hour days
✅ Work running all winter
✅ 2 weeks out / 2 weeks back in town

REQUIREMENTS:
🚛 Minimum 3 years of CDL driving experience

🚛 Must be willing to work the out-of-town rotation

Earl was working on the A/C system on this Komatsu PC360 when his diagnosis uncovered a hole in the charge air cooler. That leak was allowing unfiltered dust to bypass the system and be pulled directly into the engine—a problem that can lead to serious engine damage if left unchecked.

We’re not sure who approved this “cool front,” but we’ll take it. 😎

After half a week of triple-digit heat, seeing temperatures in the 90s feels like a luxury. Earl was feeling it in the field yesterday, and we’re thankful for a break from the 100 degree heat.
