-Comfortable with new and emerging technology within the auto industry
-History of ethical business practices
-Strong work ethic with willingness to assist customers and team members with a variety of task
Responsibilities:
-Prospect for new potential customers
-Create an exceptional experience for our guest
-Assist customers select the right vehicle
-Demonstrate the value of the vehicles we offer and benefits of doing business with Parkway Ford of Lexington
-Prepare customer files for Management
-Follow up with current and potential customers to build a loyal customer base
-Follow a daily work plan to ensure consistent results
-Assist in merchandising and dealership presentation
-Follow Sales process as outlined by management
-Commit to ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales skills
-Other duties as directed by the Sales Manager
Parkway Ford of Lexington offers competitive pay within the Auto Industry. Pay is commissioned based with a monthly draw. You will have the ability to maximize your pay and help the dealership achieve core objectives through bonuses. We offer Health insurance, 401k with company match, paid vacation, and company provided Life Insurance. Vision, Dental, Disability and Cancer policies are available. We also offer great hours. We close at 7:00 during the week, 5:00 on Saturday and we are closed every Sunday. Our Sales Consultants work a 5 day work week. We offer flexibility within our schedule to ensure our employees are able to achieve a balance of work and family life.
No Experience, no problem! We offer a comprehensive training program that includes online courses, one on one training, group training exercise, and peer shadowing. We train our consultants on product knowledge and our sales process.
