NOT ALL BODY SHOPS ARE THE SAME!! This pickup was repaired at one of our local competitors shop because they were “cheaper” than our estimate. A new beside was welded on and customer pointed out that their paint was already fading and dull after just a couple years😬 and that is just the start. Upon further inspection we found several kinks and buckles to the wheelhouse and extension braces that were never repaired. This shop chose to “caulk” their way out of an improper repair. Their caulking is also separating allowing for rust and corrosion in the future. The panel also does not fit flush to the inner structure in the tailgate opening and many other issues. Our estimates are normally higher than all of our competition, but that is because we figure to repair the vehicle properly, not by cutting corners to keep costs down. Please choose your repair shop wisely and again, NOT ALL SHOPS ARE THE SAME. We are all body shops but NOT all the same quality. At Bob Jackson’s we work for YOU not the insurance company like their “preferred” discount shops👍🏻

Thank you to everyone for all the support on my last post. I truly appreciate it!!❤️ Now for some fun… We had Charlie pay us a visit last week to get some “chair time” with Keith and then Matt, Zac and I ventured down the street to the F Street Bar and Arcade and were surprised by a ton of pinball games and old school arcade games that are ALL YOU CAN PLAY for $3.00!! Needless to say we all returned back to childhood and had a blast!! 21 and over so adult beverages are available too😉 We’re already trying to plan the next trip down there😃

** Addition To Post** For those that missed John’s retirement announcement, this is Keith the new owner of the shop posting.
I’ve been a little quiet on here the past week as my parents house was one of the MANY that were totally leveled in the Spokane fires and things have been hectic between the shop, my own yard maintenance and trying to figure out when and how I can keep helping them once they let people back in to sift through the ashes. We did get a lot of valuables out but wish we could have grabbed more. My heart goes out to ALL of the families affected by fires and especially those that lost everything😢 THANK YOU to all of the first responders in our WHOLE AREA that are out there fighting all of these fires in our area and helping evacuate those in the path!!❤️

“I don’t always take vacation a week and a half after buying a business. But when I do I have John come back out of retirement to fill in for me”😂 Thanks John for filling in while we took Maya on a graduation celebration trip less than 2 weeks into your retirement!! We had a great trip, saw lots of amazing scenery and the weather even cooperated😎 Feels good to be home though and “back in the saddle”

“If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it lots of once’s” Watch out for the animals out there! This one hit an elk at highway speeds and as you can see suffered a fair amount of damage. The driver was not injured as the airbags and seat belts did their job. Looks like this will most likely be a total loss due to all of the airbag components requiring replacement not to mention the rest of the damage. Have a great weekend and stay heads up, I think the animals have it out for all of us🤷🏻‍♂️😂
