Leominster Transmission is looking for a full time administrative assistant for the following:
*Excellent customer service skills. Greet customers
*Coordinate vehicle movement in and out of the shop.
*Maintain customer data base, create work-orders and develop customer invoicing.
*Confirm, maintain and organize vendor invoices.
*Maintain a clean, professional and organized office / customer lounge.
*Maintain control over parts and supplies inventories.
*Other duties as assigned
* PTO offered
* Paid Holidays
* Hourly pay based on experience
Monday Through Friday, 8AM-4PM
