Some behind-the-scenes from the NP205 Cast Apex project.

We’ve already shown the finished mold — but this is a look at it being machined. This is the part most people never see. A lot of work goes into the tooling before a single case ever gets poured.

We’re just a few weeks out from first articles being cast and back in our shop for final machining.

After that, the small group of early pre-order guys will get theirs first… and then we’ll roll into stocking these as a standard item.

It’s cool to finally see this one moving from screen to mold to aluminum.

Big day over here.

The pattern for our Cast NP205 Apex just left for the foundry. This is the actual model that will be used to cast the new aluminum housings — and after a lot of back and forth, revisions, and fine tuning, it’s finally shipping out.

First castings should be poured within the next 3 weeks.
We’ll have the first units in our hands shortly after that.
Full production run right behind it.

This has been one of the most requested products we’ve ever had — a cast aluminum NP205 Apex that carries the Behemoth DNA without the billet price tag. Same engineering standards. Same abuse tolerance. Just built to hit a different price point and keep more of you on the trail.

If everything stays on track, these will be on the shelf and in stock within the next couple of months.
