Classic Automotive is looking to hire a Service Writer.

As a Service Writer you will be the face of Classic Automotive and the liaison between our customers and our service techs. We are looking for a responsible individual with excellent customer service skills who will truly care for our customers.Also working with Insurance company's. You will be responsible for

-Checking customers in
-Discussing their needs for their vehicles
-Writing service work orders through our computer software Mitchell 1
-Relaying information to our techs about each job
-Explaining repairs to our customers in easy to understand terms.
-Multitasking in a busy environment.
-Helping customer with there insurance claim.
-Calling rental company's

This is a full time position Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm. A valid driver's license is required.

We are willing to train the perfect candidate to be an exceptional service writer but are looking for someone with a stand out work ethic, who is self motivated and has phenomenal customer service skills.
