•Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
•Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
•Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
•Present initial financing options based on customer needs
•Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
•Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
•Utilize CRM tracking system daily

The roads are getting rough out there! While others are putting their trucks and SUV in 4x4 mode, you can be confident in your Subaru with the Symmetric AWD system!
This screen can be found in under “Car Info” on your infotainment screen and shows you the driving statics of your Subaru. All your wheels are in motion at the same time. If you start slipping, the green wheel will turn yellow trying to regain traction. If it can’t, it will power down red turning off the motor to the wheel and producing the power to the rest to get you out of whatever your stuck in, or to regain traction.
In my car, I use the manual paddle shifters. This prevents me from pressing on the break. Instead I shift down a gear to let the engine slow me down.
Other Subarus might have “L” for low.
