ANOTHER HKS Supercharged ND2 M-Cal V2 in the shop. This one from Hawaii! Robert, brought his absolutely beautiful ND2 in for a quick install and a dyno session. Seriously cool guy, seriously cool car.

Our development ND intake manifold is heading west for 949 Racing to do some real world testing on their ND2 track mule! For those of you who’ve been honed in on this project, sorry it took a back burner position! Forced injection, this thing is a no brainer, let’s see what we can do on an NA with some tuned runner length.

Another strong ND2 result today from a remote dyno session with Stage 6 Motorsports. Originally tuned on VT to the HKS GT2.

This car is a great example of what the M-Cal V2 injectors are capable of when the calibration and fuel system are working together the way they should. We know it's been a hurdle but gosh dang it feels good when the results like this come in.

More important than the peak number, the dyno plot looks incredible. Fueling tracked the commanded targets extremely well across the entire pull, giving us exactly the kind of consistency and control we wanted to see from the V2 injector package.

We’ve continued making improvements to both the quality and performance of these ND2 forced-induction setups, and the additional fuel headroom from the M-Cal V2 injectors has been a major part of that progress.

A big thank you to everyone who has contributed feedback, logs, testing, and data along the way. Every car gives us more information to work with, and the platform continues to get better because of it.

And thanks to Stage 6 Motorsports for working with us on today’s remote dyno session.

This ND2 spent the day with us receiving our new M-Cal V2 injectors and the decade-proven HKS GT2 Supercharger System.

With the standard pulley, this combination produces a reliable 245–255 whp. The automatic transmission pairs exceptionally well with the added power, making it an ideal setup for both street driving and spirited mountain runs.

The owner, Richard, regularly drives the Tail of the Dragon, and we’re excited to hear his impressions of the new combination!

Be like Ross. NB1, factory 1.8L. Ross drove this beauty up from Alabama this morning and we dialed in his final combo of hardware. Great numbers for a lower boost setup. We’d previously outfit him with a Kraken MX5/Miata Turbo Garrett combo and he meticulously assembled this road race ready combo over the past couple of years.

While we continue to develop the 8HP ecosystem on the NC for use with the STOCK ECU, the concern came up “How do I know what gear I’m in?”. It was something that we hadn’t even considered. Our shop car is equipped with a Haltech Nexus and an IC7 display and it covers these features. But the stock ECU? We didn’t have a great option… until now. Early stages of testing but check this bad boy out! Trans temp, shift light, throttle position, input and output shaft speed, shift time, drive mode and of course, gear indicator!

This was a treat. NC3, with a Fab9 GT Turbo system - incredibly clean with only 18k miles on it. This is near the limit of where we configure NC2/3 platforms. NEW REVISION — NA/NB 1.8L TURBO MANIFOLD

Our tubular stainless manifold for the NA/NB Miata 1.8L just got a major update.

Previously, this setup was designed exclusively around the BorgWarner EFR series. With EFR availability becoming increasingly difficult—and pricing continuing to climb—we saw an opportunity to open things up.

The latest revision now supports the Garrett G-Series and Pulsar V-band inlet/outlet turbo form factor, giving us access to a much broader range of modern turbo options at a seriously attractive price point.

Same Fab9 tubular stainless construction. More turbo choices. Better availability. And a combination we’re expecting to make a LOT of power without an outrageous price tag.
