But Monday, I got to have Carmen’s… just not actually at Carmen’s I was getting gas over at Champions express Gas Station and remembered that Carmen’s Bakery products are now being sold inside the gas station. So obviously I had to grab me a little something! 😋

And let me tell y’all… a A Baker's Daughter cream horn perection Honestly, I LOVE seeing stuff like this. A local gas station teaming up with a local bakery and giving people another way to get their hands on some local goodness.

That’s what I’m talking about, Lebanon! 🤝🏾❤️

We are so excited for Carmen’s to be in our store!!!

💭 BAKERY OWNER THOUGHTS 💭

Feeling *slightly* emotional this afternoon. And if you know me, you know that’s something in itself 🤣

I wanted to capture THIS moment. By myself. In the quiet at Carmen’s.

Tomorrow is a BIG day. I’d be bold enough to say one of the top 5 since our beginnings.

Carmen’s is heading out the door to not only one, but TWO new local businesses for retail. 🤍🍪

This has been a longgggg time coming. Hard work. Sweat. Some tears shed. Hours of brainstorming and planning. Probably lost sleep if I’m being honest!

This take & bake cookie dough has potential. I’ve thought that since it came to fruition about a year ago…I’ve just been a little scared/nervous to go full throttle. However, I feel like now we are just at the tip of the iceberg… 🏃‍♀️

From scratch. Real butter. Hand weighed. Packaged with care. Labeled with love. 🤍🍪

This has taken a TEAM effort! And I have the best. Hands down. I’ll fight you on that 😂

Are we perfect? Absolutely not. But we do our best to bring THE best to our community and for that, I’m forever grateful. 🥹🤍

Last week, we dropped a hint about a secret... and honestly, most of you figured it out pretty quickly. 👀😂

We're excited to announce that Champion Express will be selling Carmen's delicious bakery goods in our store!

Soon you'll be able to grab a sweet treat while you fill up, grab a drink, or stop in for your daily essentials. We'll be offering a small variety of Carmen's customer favorites giving you a taste of some of the amazing goodies she has to offer.

We're working through the final details and hope to have everything ready very soon. Stay tuned for an official launch date and a sneak peek at some of the treats headed your way!
