My name is Jackie, everyone calls me Jax. My dad was a master mechanic. When I was a baby he would sit me in my cars carseat while he worked on our cars. He taught me so much! I graduated from high school in 2006. After a year of college, I started a family. I started back to school at Kalamazoo Valley community College, ready to chase my dreams. I was intimidated by the idea for going in to a male dominant career. However the joy I felt when working on a car, and my thirst to learn everything about fixing vehicles, gave me the confidence to succeed through my classes.
I also became a mechanic because of the many times I saw my family and friends being taken advantage of my dealerships or other mechanics. From over charging all the way to not fixing it or making it worse, I made up my mind to value my customers.
To never over charge or charge for unnecessary parts.
To be honest and fair.
To help people who truly need it.

I am at my happiest when I am with my family and when i get to work on cars! I have three amazing daughters! Jema, Hailiee, and Mackenzie. I enjoy teaching them how to work on vehicles. I am proud to teach them that no matter what obstacles stand in their way they can still succeed in making their dreams come true!!
