We are a group working to counter the organizing rhetoric of the IBT in their effort to unionize the XPO Logistics LTL terminal in Lawrenceville, GA. We believe that our concerns with XPO are best served with direct and honest dialogue- not a self serving third party driving a wedge between us and the company and between each other. We are tired of seeing the one-sided message from the organizers
who are emboldened by the labor laws that keep management muted. We are tired of being harassed in our personal vehicles and trucks, through our phones and even at our homes with unsolicited propaganda and empty promises. We see what the fantasy of power and greed has done to our co-workers and refuse to stand idly by and allow that disease to infect each other. We are working together to end this stalled organizing drive for good and send the message that the Teamsters are not welcome at Norcross.
