Please Keep Marty in Your Prayers ❤️
For those who haven’t heard, Marty was involved in a serious motorcycle accident on Springer Road after being struck by a truck.
He suffered multiple broken ribs, three fractured vertebrae, a broken and dislocated hip that will require surgery, bruised internal organs, and a collapsed lung. Thankfully, doctors were able to treat the collapsed lung, but his lungs are still badly bruised. During the night, he also aspirated, so the medical team had to clear his lungs and place him on a ventilator.
At this time, Marty is stable and responsive, but he remains heavily sedated and on a ventilator while his lungs continue to heal. The doctors are hoping to remove the ventilator within the next couple of days if his condition continues to improve. His hip surgery will take place as soon as he is strong enough.
Please continue praying for Marty, his family, his doctors, and everyone caring for him. Every prayer, message, and act of kindness means more than words can express.
