2 years of It’s Always Something LLC… and this thing has grown into something real.

From basic fixes to full custom builds, lithium conversions, lifts, wheels, audio, lighting — and plenty of “what did they even do to this thing” jobs 😅 — it’s been a little bit of everything.

One thing that hasn’t changed: I don’t do cookie-cutter builds. Every cart gets built or fixed the right way, whether it’s a small repair or a full transformation.

None of this happens without the people supporting, sharing, and trusting me with their carts — I appreciate it more than you know.

There’s no shame in calling for backup! 📞

Lithium batteries are a massive upgrade, but the install can be intimidating once you see the old wiring and corrosion.

​This customer had their battery ready to go and called us to handle the heavy lifting. We got the chassis cleaned up and the new unit safely secured and wired. Now it’s ready for the road with zero guesswork. ⛳️

​This cart had seen better days after some flooding and DIY wiring 'fixes.' We pulled the old DCS system and upgraded it to a full PDS conversion for better performance and easier maintenance. If your cart’s wiring looks like a bird's nest, give us a shout! 🐦🚫

This cart lives its life at an Airbnb right on the coast, which means constant exposure to the elements. We didn't just clean it; we armored it.

Here’s the breakdown of the deep-dive restoration and protection:

Undercarriage Overhaul Performed a full rust conversion to stop oxidation in its tracks, followed by a fresh coat of paint and a heavy-duty corrosion protectant.

Ceramic Coating: Applied a spray-on ceramic coating to the body paint and wheels for a hydrophobic, high-gloss finish that makes washing off salt a breeze.

Is your golf cart acting more like a bucking bronco than a smooth ride? We just wrapped up a repair on a Yamaha Drive that was suffering from some serious performance issues.

The Symptoms:

⚠️ Shuddering while accelerating
⚠️ Jerking or "bucking" movements
⚠️ Intermittent running (works one minute, dead the next)

The Fix:

After a thorough diagnostic, we traced the issue to worn-out **motor brushes**. These small components are vital for transferring power to your motor, and when they wear down, your ride quality takes a major hit. We got them swapped out, the motor cleaned up, and this Yamaha is back to pulling smoothly!
