🔥 FULL REBUILD COMPLETE — READY FOR The Freakin Weekend Show ! 🔥

This one has been a LOT of work, but the cart is finally back together and ready to show off at The Freakin Weekend!

This wasn't just a few upgrades. We tore into this cart and completely transformed it from the ground up.

⚙️ Stretch Plastics long-travel suspension — completely rebuilt
⚡ Eco Battery 600A / 5kW AC drive system
🔋 Eco Battery 70.4V 165Ah lithium battery
🛞 MODZ wheels
🎨 Custom black-over-purple & silver patina paint
💜 Purple hex SeaDek
🔧 And a whole lot of custom work tying everything together.

Built to look different. Built to perform. And most importantly, built right here at It’s Always Something LLC.

After all the fabrication, wiring, suspension work, paint, late nights, and the occasional “why the hell did I decide to do this?” 😂 — she's DONE.

If you're at The Freakin Weekend, come check it out in person!

Another successful lithium conversion in the shop—this time a 72V Tracker Prowler EViS upgraded with an Eco Battery lithium system!

While high-voltage utility rigs get massive gains on the trails, the benefits of switching to lithium extend to every type of electric vehicle, including neighborhood cruisers and standard residential golf carts:

Zero Maintenance: No water levels to check, no acid boil-overs, and no terminal corrosion ruining battery trays or garage floors.

Massive Weight Savings: Shedding 200–300+ lbs reduces wear on tires, brakes, and suspension components, resulting in a smoother, more agile ride.

Consistent Power Delivery: Lead-acid batteries lose voltage and slow down as the charge drops. Lithium delivers 100% full torque and speed from full charge down to empty.

Efficient Charging & Longer Lifespan: Charges in a fraction of the time, holds a charge for months in storage without degrading, and lasts up to 5x longer than traditional packs.

Whether you rely on an EV for tough property work, community transport, or daily neighborhood commuting, upgrading to an Eco Battery setup is the single best investment you can make for reliability and vehicle longevity.

When they dont make a light kit with lights that fit what was previously installed. You retrofit new lights into the old housing and give the customer a fully updated and functional system.

Does your mechanic actually know lithium batteries, or do they just know how to turn a wrench and drop a new pack in? 🔋⚙️

At It’s Always Something LLC, we don't just sell and install lithium systems—we diagnose, repair, and build them from the ground up.

Case in point: Two customers recently hit a wall trying to find a local shop willing or equipped to handle warranty work on their RoyPow batteries. Instead of leaving them hanging, we stepped in, replaced the faulty Battery Management Systems (BMS), and took care of the entire repair process start to finish.

If you're having issues with your golf cart or lithium setup—or just want the job done right the first time—bring it to someone who understands the tech inside and out. 🛠️⚡

Not all lithium setups are created equal! 🔋⚡

We recently had this 6-passenger SunCart in the shop after its original generic lithium battery failed, leaving the owner stranded.
We pulled out the dead battery and outdated charger and replaced them with a top-tier upgrade built to last:

✅ Eco Battery 105Ah 51.2V "Skinny" Pack
✅ Integrated CAN Bus Charger
✅ Digital Battery Gauge

Why the upgrade matters:
• Lighter Weight & Better Efficiency — Less strain on the motor and suspension, especially crucial for hauling a full 6-passenger load.

• Real Support & Industry-Leading Warranty — No guessing games or dead-end customer service if an issue ever arises.

• Consistent Power Delivery — Holds voltage strong from 100% down to charge time.

If your cart’s battery is slowing you down or failing on you, don't settle for cheap replacements with zero backup. Upgrade to real performance and peace of mind!
