Check out FOA's Revolutionary Bump stop!

Conventional Bumps Stops are tune able by the psi of nitrogen pressure as well as the amount of oil in the bump itself. So the higher the pressure or more oil in the bump the stiffer it is lower the pressure or less oil the softer it is. This works extremely well for the majority of rigs running them. Trail rigs, U4, Prerunners etc, the problem with them is when you have a heavy truck like a full bodied mud truck or monster truck that is jumping 10' or more in the air and landing on them there just isn't enough progression in the bump to slow the the truck down on a hard landing. By using a bump spring it makes it extremely tune able to dial in the right spring rate to absorb those hard hitting landings. We will match the internal valving on the Bump Spring Stop to control the spring rate Higher Spring rate = Slower rebound Lower Spring rate= Faster rebound. We can make the Bump Spring Stop in various travel lengths from 3'' to 9'' And with a 2.5'' or 3'' ID spring sizes. Since these are for custom applications orders must be made over the phone with one our technical assistant operators so they can make sure you will be getting the correct length and spring rate. We will need to know vehicle travel,droop percentage,vehicle weight and planned usage.
