I didn’t know I needed some hot rod therapy today until after I got some. Life is good.

I’m cleaning out the shop and found this ruler that my son made for me years ago. I love it!

Mad Max the sandrail needed some adjustments yesterday, but now it’s back at 💯. It turns out the shifter tube was a little to short and making it hard to get all the gears. We pulled it and extended it about 1/4” to get everything centered. I think the next move will be to pull the body panels, do some bead rolling, and paint them shiny black.

Great drone shot from the Rally at the Ranch. I’m glad the Mad Max sand rail held together!

With hunting season right around the corner, I figured I’d take the old Mountain Goat out to make sure nothing was broken. This Jeep impresses me! It frustrates me too, but today it impressed me with how flexy it is.

We had so much fun at the Rally at the Ranch with NTD (Nite Train Desert) Racing this weekend that it’s hard to put into words. Good music, good friends, and good old fashioned dirt racing. My son almost sent it too hard over the jump on the last lap of the race! Can’t wait for the next one.

The Rally at the Ranch was one for the books! What a great time!
