Tech training at Hyundai of Las Vegas

Focus was on fuel and coolant services. Working with the newer techs to fine-tune their process and make sure each service is being performed correctly.

Great progress from the team! Everyone is now on the same page and ready to put that training to work.

Training at Prestige Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

The team has been making great progress with their VMA presentations, and it’s showing. Always good to see the training starting to click and the advisors getting more confident with the process.

Worked with a new advisor at Findlay Cadillac on objection handling, effective product presentations, and some of the top reasons customers decline recommended maintenance services. Antonio also covered severe versus extreme driving conditions and how to communicate their impact on vehicle maintenance. Interestingly, he discovered that his own driving habits fall under extreme conditions, giving him a real-life example he can now use to better relate to customers and confidently explain the value of preventative maintenance.

DPF training at CCSD Cheyenne Bus Depot.

This bus had DPF codes and regen issues. After running the BG DPF service and cleaning the SCR, DOC, and DPF, the codes cleared and the bus was back in service.

Great example of the right service making a real difference and getting transportation back on the road.

Transmission training at AutoNation USA working with the BG PXT2 transmission service machine. Also making sure each technician has the BG Tech App set up and ready to use.

Good hands-on training and another way to make sure the techs have the right tools and information at their fingertips.

Training at AutoNation Buick GMC Henderson. Antonio demonstrated the BG bearing machine and showed how effective MOA is. He also used a rag and Sephoric acid to show how MOA protects gasket seals and other engine components. Then demonstrated how EPR helps clean carbon buildup and deposits.

Antonio worked with the advisors on presenting services and handling customer objections at Ford Country. They used the objection ball and service ball to practice real conversations and build confidence.
