More projects! EBC Brakes UK x Welcome to the Wonder Shop BBK for all 10th and 11th Gen Civic (non-Type R), as well as 10th Gen Accord and 5th Gen Integra (non-Type S)!
We’ll be installing these on (𝕁)𝕒𝕪 (𝔻)𝕖𝕝 (𝕄)𝕦𝕟𝕕𝕠🔰🇨🇦🇵🇭 UNITY FE1 Si!
This will be a street setup, but with a quick pad swap which there’s a great selection of you can easily thrash it on the track. There’s also a competition version of this kit for the diehard track guys, which remove the rubber dust seals and exchange the aluminum pistons for stainless ones. Each caliper also weighs 6.2lbs which is incredibly light.

27WON Honda Performance 6-Piston Caliper Kit update 🏁
Our FL5 track parts tester Nathan Romero has been thrashing this setup for the past month on the street pads - 3 track days plus spirited daily driving, and it’s holding up well! The 27WON Track Pads are in transit, so he’ll get to put those through their paces next.
These are a great middle ground in terms of performance and price point between the factory Brembo calipers and a full BBK. Compatible for all years of the FK8, FL5, and DE5 with factory or factory-size replacement rotors.

TLDR: Global supply chains are slower and pricier due to the Iran war closing the Strait of Hormuz, China's rare earth export limits, volatile tariffs, and stricter customs enforcement. There’s no shortage of Big Brake Kits for the FK8, FL5, and DE5, but they usually come with two compromises: cost and/or wheel clearance.
We’ve always wanted to see a staggered 6-piston caliper upgrade that retains the factory rotor, which is already generously sized.
27WON Honda Performance saw the same gap in the market and developed exactly that. Huge thanks to them for sending us one of the first production kits to test on the unityctr, ahead of the official release. Pricing TBD but it’ll very well priced!
This weekend we’re going to push the factory Brembo setup to its limits to establish a proper baseline. Early next week we’ll install the 27WON kit, walk through the installation, compare pedal feel, braking performance, modulation, and heat management, then share our full impressions.

The hype is real! We’ve heard so many good things about the 11th Gen Si Exhaust, so when we received our first local order for one, we knew we wanted to install it and experience it for ourselves!
Packaging, build quality, ease of install, and of course the aesthetics and sound all exceeded expectations. Well done Thermal R&D 👏

We enjoyed “stock” power levels on the for some time, and are finishing off this phase with a baseline dyno at trusted Dynojet. Only mode: MXP Exhaust, TSP Intake Coupler.
