Hi All!

We were very lucky to come out of Hurricane Milton with minimal damage. While power is still down, our water has been active the entire time. Minor damage to homes such as loss of skirting and awnings have occurred. Only 2 units have anything other than very minor damage and both of those owners are already aware. Power is back up as of this afternoon!

Our staff and ourselves have been active on property since the storm and our office doors have been open since Thursday. If you have any concerns please feel free to come by and chat or give us a call!

Our tree-lighting ceremony was yesterday evening. There was enough of nip in the air to feel Christmas but it was still nice enough to wear shorts. Thanks to all our staff who work for days to put up the decorations. The sleigh is a beautiful new addition—completely by our maintenance staff!
