Professional Boat & Yacht Detailing Experience is a MUST to fill Commission based Position.
Well Established mobile marine detailing company seeking industry trained veterans. Top dollar paid for your expertise. Only high quality Detailing will be accepted.
Will consider training the right person at $12 an hr. 6 weeks probationary training.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* This is a Independent Contractor position.
* You must have valid drivers license. Expect to travel to and from different job sites each day
* MUST be highly experienced and meticulous in marine detailing. ie. Wet-sanding, High-Speed Compounding, polishing, waxing, stainless polishing, vinyl cleaning etc.
* You will be required to obtain or have your own liability insurance.
* You must be able to handle working outside in the heat all day long.
* Must have good balance for working on the water and floating dock.
* Will be expected to detail boats on trailers, boat lifts and floating in the water.. working on a mini floating dock is part of the job so good balance is a MUST! If you are clumsy you are prone to slip and fall, hurting yourself.
* Physical expectations: Lift 50lbs, Repetitive wiping motions, Frequent kneeling and bending.
* Working alone or with another detailer can be expected
* Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times
* A good, teachable attitude is a must.
