The Laredo Motor Carriers Association Board is delighted to introduce Ms. Priscilla Pantoja as the newly appointed Director of Membership and Marketing.
 
Ms. Pantoja was born and raised in Laredo, Texas. She is no stranger to the trucking industry as she grew up in the Mines Road area alongside the World Trade Bridge. Pantoja is a proud graduate of Texas A&M International University where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. She brings with her over 15 years of managerial and marketing experience in both public and private sectors, along with a wealth of knowledge in public relations.
 
“We are confident that her leadership will bring a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to the organization,” mentioned Jerry Maldonado, LMCA Board President.
 
Pantoja’s responsibilities will include analyzing metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for redirecting membership strategies to ensure the association is meeting yearly goals, promoting association initiatives, approval of membership applications, cultivating strong relationships with government officials while staying actively involved with the trade industry.
 
“Laredo continues to break records as the #1 inland port along the United States - Mexico border and the opportunity to champion initiatives that advocate for that same industry that affects countless families throughout the country has me fascinated! I am deeply honored to have been entrusted with this position and I am ready to work diligently for the association,” stated Pantoja.
 
The Laredo Motor Carriers Association is a non-profit trade association representing the trucking industry. LMCA is dedicated to the success of its member companies with representation at the state capitol, connecting partners to savings on essential products and services, and educational forums designed specifically for the trucking industry.
