“Service advisor was courteous. We went in for an oil change thinking that was it. However he showed me how bad the cabin air filter was and didn't pressure me to have it replaced. However seeing how bad it was I was appreciative of his honesty so I had the filter done at the same time. The whole process was fast and not expensive. I highly recommend Laramie GM.”

Very personable and helpful, Mike was knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles that are on the truck, which helped us immensely. No pressure sales tactic which we really appreciate. “We had an outstanding experience purchasing our truck from this dealership. We originally stopped in because of a social media post from Avery, a former student of mine, I knew we could trust her to genuinely help us find what we were looking for. After test driving three vehicles, we still weren’t completely sure. On her day off, Avery went the extra mile to check on a couple more options and found two additional vehicles that matched exactly what we had in mind. One of them ended up being the perfect fit for us. Since Avery was out when we returned, Tim stepped in and took great care of us. After one more test drive, we knew we had found the one. From there, the entire team made the process smooth, simple, and stress-free. We truly couldn’t have done it without Avery’s dedication and honesty, and we’re so grateful for the support from the whole team. Highly recommend!”

“After a really disappointing experience at local dealership, I decided to drive out of town and give Laramie GM a try—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I contacted the service center, Davis treated me with genuine kindness and respect. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out was his communication—he kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle, which I truly appreciated. To top it off, the work was completed earlier than expected! That level of service is hard to come by. Davis was absolutely fantastic, and because of him, I’ll be returning to Laramie GM for all of my future needs. Highly recommend!”
