When you support a small business, you might NOT get the CHEAPEST deal. Especially if its a "volume" deal for a product like tires or oil changes....Sometimes you might. You might have to spend a little extra, in some cases to give your support.... BUT heres the thing. When you support a small business you get to watch that family grow. You get to watch them get new things. You get to feel good about helping them be able to afford the daily bills... or be able to go to the doctor or the dentist. Be able to buy Christmas for the kids. Be able to build or remodel their home. Because of that support, that small business supports YOU as a customer by giving you the best service they can give. By giving you that personable touch that you dont get from a 10 bay multi million/billion dollar company. When you come to HOT WRENCH AUTO, you get me or you get Jon. Thats it. Nobody else. You KNOW who's servicing you. You KNOW who's got your back. Not some random person you dont care about or that doesnt care about you! Those small business owners lose sleep when they are overwhelmed/ stressed/ or when something goes wrong. They care. They want to help. They want to provide. All because YOU PEOPLE, make all the good things possible for US.

We have stayed busy and haven't slowed down, NOT one bit! We appreciate all of our followers and customers. Especially our frequent flyer friends! We appreciate you!

I wish Jon would transform into more than just one person.... because we've been busy! I dont take the time to take pictures. 😬

This was today's job for Jon. Wow, did he knock it outta the park! ALL NEW GM Timing components on this Terrain. PCV issues taken care of, balance shaft chain and components, primary chain, phasers, everything!

Lots of tires, brakes, electrical diag, you name it and we've done it the past few weeks!

Hey everyone! Ive been thinking about how busy we've been, and ive been reflecting on this business and how far we've came over the years. I love hearing feedback when we do a great job repairing your car, and how much better it drives.

Id like to ask for some extra feedback. Im always looking for ways to improve! Can everyone that has shopped here before, tell me ONE positive thing you like about us, and ONE negative thing that youd like to change or have us improve on? Whether it be about the waiting area or cleanliness or smell or pricing or type of work we do, Jon's long hair, etc.

We haven't really gotten that kind of feedback and would like to hear it!!

I have broad shoulders but dont make me cry! Haha kidding!

Wow. 2026 already! This year has been absolutely overwhelming. We have been through many battles and conquered them all! As most of you know, this shop is ran solely with 2 people. Me and Jon. No, we arent looking for help, although most days it would be wonderful to have extra hands! Hiring help may be in the future though, as we have stayed extremely busy with no slow down periods since we have moved! From tires to camshafts to brakes to engine swaps, we have conquered them all. I gotta apologize for the times that I forget to get back to people. If im not in the office, I gotta make a note, if im in the office, im relying on Jon to get our 6 jobs done for the day! I try my best! Haha! We try our best and I believe for the circumstances, we kick butt! We couldn't do it without all of you! We arent that far from Auburn but the fact that almost all of you have followed us, is AMAZING!

This year should be a better year for us, and we are excited to help everyone out! We truly try to do our best to make sure everyone gets great service, and the BEST communication. We take tremendous pride in it.

I am soaking up the last few days of my vacation, as I really haven't worked...... AT ALL. I have for once conpletely disconnected from it. If you know me, thats RARE. It feels weird, but I think I can get used to it. I think im going to start taking more time off. 🙃 why not? Its why I have Jon!! Kidding!
