Today weโ€™re celebrating someone whose energy is contagious, whose heart is huge, and whose passion for his family, his faith and the people around him is at the center of everything he does.

Today, we celebrate our leader, Ryan LaFontaine!

If you know Ryan, you know he brings an unmistakable energy everywhere he goes. Whether heโ€™s sharing his vision, rallying our teams, connecting one-on-one with a team member, on the sidelines cheering on one of his kids, rooting for the Lions or Michigan Football, or simply catching up with a friend, Ryan is always all in.

What a fantastic night at our LaFontaine Lansing Employee & Family Lugnuts Outing! โšพโค๏ธ

We had an incredible turnout, and it was wonderful to see so many of our team members and their families spending quality time together outside of work.
