Scooter's Garage We are an up and coming veteran owned Automotive customization, rebuild and hot rod shop offering various services to our customers.

We also own and operate a small race team that competes at various venues around North Texas. Welcome to Scooter's Garage! A look at how is progressing and the touchup from the Solvent Pop/Solvent Trap issue we had on the headlight door. We're now thinking this was the result of a chemical reaction with a couple of products and one to many layers of paint/primer/sealer. We've now got it back in the first coat of primer base and we're still working to ensure its entirely smooth.

Just a general look back and review of when we worked through making the - yes we started with a cast iron factory intake and shortened to fit the

We also worked through a TON of issues during the process. like port alignment being the major one. to where we know have the functional proto-type.

We chose the factory intake first as it was economical. We picked up 2 intakes for around $100 and we know how to weld cast iron better than aluminum at least for now.

post testing, we'll get this over to our lead design engineer and the folks at then we'll transfer to either composite or eventually aluminum.

While not fully encompassing as it does not cover Truck and SUV variants, this chart will give you a quick reference if you are out boneyard hopping, browsing market place and what not... and you come across an LS or LT engine for sale. This will give you somewhat of an idea of what you are looking at.
