Didn't Ford already have this in the by gone Maverick and Falcon? Sort of modern day Focus? Not to mention the Ta**us and a few other models. Some of which were really good sellers.

For what ever reason, Ford like the rest of the OEM's decided to kill off the entire car line up save for the Mustang and only make CUV/SUV platforms.

At least now they may be seeing or admitting the error of their ways "SUV Fatigue"

Yes it is real, sales have gone flat lined and their is only so much you can do to refresh a CUV/SUV or make another model of one.

Now Ford is looking at reviving a long time vision of expanding the Mustang nameplate and bringing a 4-door sedan version to market.

Could this signal the return of Sedans? Sport Coupes?

What say you Mustang Fans?

Would a 4 door Mustang do it or would it damage the legacy and legend of the Mustang?

Either the hype is slow in building or GM/Chevrolet is keeping tight wraps on the upcoming re-birth of the legendary Camaro platform.

However, the hype is there, it is real, but some of the hype seems to be taking a poor direction. The Camaro is set to return, but may end up being a 4-door sedan and possibly a CUV of some sort.

Our question is "Why???!!" - Ford has the Mustang, Dodge has the new Charger and they are building hype about a possible hemi variant coming up sooner than later.

Meanwhile GM is bringing up the rear and slow to come to the design and marketing table to get enthusiasts excited and wanting to buy.

What are your thoughts on the Camaro's return?

Mild update and documentation on the cam did not look to bad, we may actually be able to reuse it at some point. While the cam bearings and cam tunnel are not in terrible shape, we do see some issues.

Can you see it?

From our first round testing on the - even though it pressure tested fine, after a few heat cycles on the dyno and a partial pull, we uncovered a broken weld, or a crack - we did not get the weld and putty quite right and ended up having to cut testing early. However, in early tests, it produced more torque! so that is VERY encouraging.

Back to the shop for a grind, inspect, re-weld and putty it back up to make sure its sealed. Then we test again!
