"I've finally found a mechanic I trust! Mike and his family (plus Bruce!) are hands-down the best. I found them sorta by mistake when my alternator died mere feet away from their parking lot several years ago, but I've been devoted ever since. Mike takes the time to explain (without man-splaining, ladies, which is a different rant), counsel, give options and steer (sorry, I couldn't resist) you in the right direction. I also love his proactive approach to maintenance: "instead of spending $3,000 all at one time when your vehicle hits a big milestone, do one of these things every few months so it's not one big hit." He, his wife, his daughter (and Bruce!) treat you like family - they shoot straight and don't sell services, etc. you don't need. If there were ten stars, I'd give them here!"
