Firstly, we are very appreciative for all of our customers, because without you all, we wouldn't be successful, but I wanted to use this as an example to address the fact that unfortunately this happens. At some point, we have to start turning away customer's or we'll never be able to close our gates.
Our guys work 6 days a week, this leaves very little time to spend with loved ones.
We often end up staying past closing time most days because we want to help everyone, and hate turning people away, but this happens and all we can do is apologize- it is what it is.
Adding to this, when this customer arrived at 2:40p, we still had 5 customers waiting and we close at 3pm- she called much earlier.
