Thanks to everyone who came out to the Woodbrook Estates clubhouse for our Labor Day celebration. We had a wonderful time catching up and celebrating the holiday weekend together with great neighbors.

A fresh new look is taking root at Woodbrook Estates! 🌴

We recently planted beautiful new palm trees throughout the community, including a stunning treeline along the front fence. We love how these new additions enhance the entrance and bring even more Florida charm to Woodbrook Estates.

Fin-tastic times at Woodbrook Estates! 🦈☀️

We had such a wonderful time at our Summer Social Celebration! It was so lovely seeing our residents get into the spirit of our shark theme, sharing plenty of smiles, laughs, and great company.

It was a beautiful afternoon filled with good food, delicious shark cupcakes, a few fun games of shark bingo, and some highly creative shark-inspired names that had us all chuckling.

A warm thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the afternoon so special. We truly have a wonderful community here at Woodbrook!

❄️ Overnight Freeze Warning for Central & North Florida ❄️

A cold front is bringing one of the coldest nights of the season to our area tonight, with temperatures expected to dip into the low 30s and possibly below freezing in some inland areas.

Residents are encouraged to take a few simple steps to prepare:
• Bring pets indoors 🐾
• Cover or move sensitive plants 🌿
• Store or secure outdoor items that could be affected
• RV guests should consider protecting water hoses and connections
• Use space heaters safely — keep them at least 3 feet from anything flammable and never leave them unattended 🔥
• If it is wet overnight, be aware of potentially slippery or icy surfaces in the morning — please check entryways and walkways before heading out to help prevent slips and falls ⚠️

Yesterday, our community came together for a beautiful Veterans Day celebration to honor the brave men and women who have served our country. 💙

The event was filled with heartfelt moments, delicious food, and wonderful company — a true reflection of the gratitude we share for those who sacrificed so much for our freedom.

A special tribute was also made with a Missing Man Table, reminding us of those who could not be with us but will never be forgotten. ❤️🤍💙
