When Aaron Lindquist from Ratchet Garage Lakeland contacted us about doing a purpose built audio system in a close friends 1971 c10 pickup, we couldn't turn down the opportunity to work with another local shop. The build needed to be as discrete and minimally invasive as possible. We love these types of builds.
Custom dash speaker bracket to mount a pair of pioneer 2 way speakers in the factory dash location.
New speakers tucked away in the factory location on oem mounting points.
MMATS Pro Audio sound deadening for the back wall behind the new enclosure.
2 kicker comp c10 subs in a custom built sealed enclosure.
AudioControl new epic line 5 channel amplifier. Paired with a ds18 Bluetooth receiver running the 4 coaxial speakers and 2 subs. No head unit, or dash modification needed.
Kicker 6.5" coaxial speakers in custom made panels for rear fill.
Wrapped in black leather grained vinyl to match the bench seat.
And the all copper 4ga power wire fused and mounted to a custom abs bracket and bolted using an existing bolt location.
