Hi jay, my name is Isaac. I'm not sure you remember me but I texted texted you in a panic a while back after fu***ng my truck up on a Monday night.
I'm working on it again today, with winter coming soon I'm fixing the ball joint boot I blew with a pickle fork before I reached out to you. All you'd let me do was leave you a review and you wouldn't take my money, but I was thinking about the help you gave me again today and just wanted to at the very least reach out and thank you again.
I would have never had the confidence to continue working and learning through those bigger projects on my vehicle and at my work if you didn't pick up my call.
As a young man and a tradesperson myself that experience taught me a lot about being willing to ask for help on a personal and work level. It also taught me to be more humble and available when it comes to teaching and helping friends and coworkers with patience and humility even through things that I sometimes find simple to do myself. Your small act of kindness had a big effect on me, and I think it's important to let people know when that happens.
