It’s beginning to feel a lot like January out there.

As the temperatures drop well below zero each year, we often see a sharp uptick in calls for diesel vehicles that won’t start. While the issue often appears to be a simple dead battery, many times it turns out to be a case of gelled up fuel (ESPECIALLY if the fuel in the tank was purchased farther south).

If you crash your car this significantly, you should wait for a tow. You definitely should not stuff the rear bumper cover in a trunk.
