I have never felt so safe and
comfortable with a roadside
assistance service like I was on the
last service recently. James our
certified tow truck driver was
absolutely the best person we could
have gotten in a time of need. James
was quick to arrive at our location
were we didn't have cell service, and
brought us water along with a very
positive up to beat attitude. He pulled
in to the parking lot, jumped out and
immediately went to our service
insuring that we were free of injury,
etc. James wasted no time and
immediately went to work, he hooked
up my car, guided it up on the ramp,
tied it down and insured it was safe
and sound before loading us up in the
truck and driving us to our designated
location. James was happy and very
talkative and it helped me in my time
of need relaxing my nerves after the
accident. I was amazed to learn that
James has only been with AAA for a
little over 1 month only because he
operated with by the book ethical
standards and professional conduct
making me believe by first impression
that he has been with the company for
over 20 plus years. If I had a say in
the operations of the AAA company I
would say James deserves a raise
and some kind of best employee
award, I will forever use AAA from this
point forward because of this drives
actions and initiatives towards his
endless commitment and dedication
to job and servicing to the people in
the community. If you see this, thanks
again James for everything and I hope
to get you again if any issues arise
with my vehicle.

Tom, the AAA driver, was prompt,
kind and helpful. We had a unique
problem with a trailer rim, and he went
out of his way to make sure we
received the help we needed. When
we arrived at the shop, Precision
Auto, Wes was also incredibly kind
and helpful. He too went out of his
way to find the parts we needed,
personally going to several local
shops to find them that afternoon! I
was blown away with how willing he
was to help a total stranger. He got
our trailer hubface fixed that afternoon
and gave us a great price too. Guys
like him are what make small towns
great. I'd give him a 10 star review if I
could.

They go the extra mile
I have been a customer of this shop ever since I moved to Lake Isabella in 2018. As the owner of five older vehicles I need lots of assistance with repairs and maintenance. I have been to several of the shops in town and have consistently had the best experience with Precision. I previously wrote a four star review on this site, but with the service I've received lately I feel the need to amend that to five stars. The repairs are done promptly and they pay close attention to quality control and detail. The vehicles I take in often have numerous issues and they approach the problems in a logical and reasonable way. I have worked on cars quite a bit my self and I know enough to know that West and his team are passionate and know what they are doing. Wes and Carolyn always listen to what I have to say about what needs to be done and provide logical and professional feedback. They often take care of small details that other shops might just ignore. Carolyn and the team in the office are very organized and courteous. They always answer the phone when I call and if they miss the call for some reason they always call back promptly. Highly recommend this shop.
