SNP Speed Innovations latest YouTube video.
I already own 23 vehicles… so buying another one probably wasn’t the smartest decision.

But then this 1984 Toyota Pickup showed up.

2WD. 5-speed. Power steering. A/C. Sunroof. Power windows. Cruise control. Tilt Steering. Premium stereo with EQ. This little truck checked way too many boxes for me to walk away from it.

The original plan was simple: maybe freshen it up, maybe rebuild the engine, maybe just enjoy it as-is.

But of course… the turbo conversation has already started.

So now I need your help: did I make a mistake buying vehicle number 24, or is this 1984 Toyota Pickup too rare and too cool to pass up?

We had the exciting opportunity to work on an impressive Toyota Pickup equipped with a turbo 22RE engine, expertly built by LC Engineering. This remarkable truck showcases one of our complete 22RE harness kits and features our newly re-released multi-coil kit.

Before embarking on his 1200+ mile journey to Washington State, we had the chance to sit down with John, the owner of this fantastic truck, for a full interview about his experience and the vehicle itself.

In this video we tow with our SNP shop test mule, our 2000 Toyota 4Runner with a completely 3.4L 5VZ engine and a 2WD automatic transmission. We use this 4Runner to develop or test some of the products we build and in this video we are testing our SNP Haltech Elite 750 adapter harness kit. We have had this Haltech ECU adapter harness kit out for a long time and have sold countless kits but we dedicated this kit to our test mule so find better tuning methods and to see if there is any way to make this kit better.

In this video we begin testing engine load with a trailer vs fuel mileage vs target AFR vs power vs engine happiness and we describe some of those adjustments.

Our new YouTube video is the best video we have done yet. This video is about a super clean Toyota pickup with a turbo 22RE engine that LC Engineering built and installed and is using our newest kit on the market, our SNP Speed Innovations Haltech Elite 550 22RE Multi-coil complete harness kit. LCE did all the hard work while we did the tuning, installed the Haltech GPS module, wired in the clutch switch, and did the tuning.

John Simms did a fantastic job editing this video, in fact, this is his best work yet and we could not thank you enough!!!!

Ok this video took a while but we are very please with how it came out. This is a build we a did a couple of years ago and decided John Simms should do a build video on it and I believe this is our best video yet. This is one of the cleanest Tacoma's I have ever seen.
