Rebel Off Road is Hiring Two Front Desk Sales Associate At Our Lake Forest, CA Location.
Do you spend your free time talking about suspension setups, tire sizes, overland gear, trail runs, or your next vehicle project? Do you enjoy helping people solve problems and turn ideas into reality?
If so, Rebel Off Road might be the place for you.
We’re looking for a Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team in Lake Forest, California. This position is much more than answering phones and writing invoices. You’ll be one of the first people customers interact with when they visit Rebel Off Road, call the shop, or reach out online.
Every day is different. One customer may need help selecting a lift kit for their daily driver. The next may be planning a complete vehicle build for their next off-road adventure. You’ll work alongside a passionate team of enthusiasts helping customers build some of the most capable Jeeps, trucks, Broncos, and overland vehicles on the road.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and through email
* Building quotes and helping customers select the right products for their goals and budget
* Following up with leads and maintaining customer relationships
* Coordinating with our service and installation teams
* Managing invoices, customer records, and sales documentation
* Representing Rebel Off Road at events, meetups, trail runs, and industry gatherings
* Helping create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Positive attitude and professional demeanor
* Excellent organization and time management
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented
* Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
* Experience with QuickBooks or similar invoicing software
* Familiarity with forums, social media, and online communities
* Passion for the off-road industry and vehicle builds
Bonus Points
* Previous experience in off-road, automotive, powersports, or aftermarket sales
* Hands-on experience modifying or building vehicles
* Knowledge of Jeep, Toyota, Ford, Ram, Chevrolet, and GMC platforms
* Event participation or involvement within the off-road community
