Not keeping your exhaust system clean could have major consequences. Most fan are aluminum and spin at high RPM. So hitting a hard piece of paint, could snap a blade. Not doing a simple cleaning, could cost you days of downtime and extra cost. In this case an extra $1500 fan blade.

Last Saturday we helped support the boys and girls club, a charity that is close to our hearts. We have supported this organization for many years. It's always fun to dress up for the different themes. This year was "Boots and Bling" . We would like to thank everyone that help us support them.

We have been waiting till the family made it public.
It is with a heavy heart that we share the news that Isaac Belcher has passed away. He tragically lost his life in a car accident on July 6th. He had been a part of Filters Plus for 10 years. All of us here at Filters Plus are saddened by the loss. Our hearts and thoughts are with his family. He leaves behind a wife, Breanna Wasson-Belcher and son Logan Walsh. May he rest in peace.

The family has set up a go fund me page to help with expenses. If you find it in your hearts to help, the family would greatly appreciate it.

Today's tip. Don't let your exhaust system become overloaded with build up. The fan blade spinning at that high of speed causes friction and could possibly cause a fire. We got this one clean just in time.

We have had many customers call us about lighting for their booths. Many of them have recently been improving the lighting to pass manufacturers certification.
Here's a tip. If you have an older booth with obscure glass. We suggest the 1st thing you do is replace it with clear glass. This will improve lighting dramatically. If you still lack light. Replace the bulbs with LED bulbs. Good LED bulbs will have high output and save you in the long run. You won't have to replace bulbs for approximately 5 years. You won't lose any light output over time like you do with florescent bulbs.

This is a first. I've never seen anyone do this before. Use A/C filters and cardboard. Along with a poly material. We installed the proper filters. Customer should have a much better result now.

Installed a new set doors for a customer that acquired a new location. Put some new tools to use. Really made it much easier and faster to level and install the doors. They came out pretty nice.
