Job requirements: â
Complete parts ordering ordering/receiving procedures.
Move the repair orders through the process by organizing the parts by job and ensure the technicians have and receive the necessary parts to complete the service unit repairs.
Employee requirements: â
Ability to work well with others. These tasks involve speaking with and understanding instructions from intelligent and fast paced co workers.
Dependable. Show up to work on time and everyday. If you canât do that, you canât work here.
Zero drama. We donât do that here. Everyone is committed to having an efficient and fun workplace. We laugh, we joke, we have fun, we get sh*t done. We all work very well together and we plan to keep it that way.
Be productive.
We are open 9am-6pm Tuesday-Fri, 4pm on Sat. Closed Sunday/Monday.
This is a weird one for some people; we get paid 1 time a month. Every month, on the 1st. It sounds weird, but it works for every employee in our company.
We have a VERY low turnover rate. The large majority of our employees are between 3 and 20 years.
