New to Lake Arthur, an all-purpose mechanic shop! Troy Broussard brings 33 years of experience to town! Troy started his career at a young age working on ATV's and boats in his parent's back yard. When he was 16, he started working for the local lawn mower shop. After completing Lake Arthur High School, he enrolled at Sowella Tech to learn Diesel Mechanics. His first diesel mechanic job was with Henderson Implement where he worked on a variety of Agricutral Equipment, continuing his education with many Case IH training schools. In the Early 2000's he left the Agricultural Industry and went into the Oilfield, where he furthered his knowledge to include Construction Equipment, Semi's, various trailers and oilfield equipment. After seeing the rising cost of repairs for local farmers and friends, he decided to do mobile on site mechanic work. As the demand grew and the need for a shop was growing as well. Troy partnered with Wayne Bennet to open the current shop located at 523 Arthur Avenue. Please feel free to stop in and say hi to Troy, Keri and their team! We will gladly help you any way we can!
