Don’t get me wrong I love a Ford but when you claim BUILT FORD TOUGH you’d expect not to replace an EGR COOLER this soon on a 2023 F150! Anyways with a QUICK and PROPER Diagnostic we confirmed the cooler was the reason for burning coolant and overheating and was able to meet the customer at his house and get it fixed so he could enjoy his only day off!
