From a bare set of cases and a bench full of parts back to a complete, ready-to-run two-stroke twin.
Full teardown, inspection and rebuild from the crankshaft up — bottom end, transmission, pistons, cylinders and top end all carefully assembled and checked along the way.
There’s something pretty satisfying about seeing one of these engines completely apart… and even better seeing it whole again.

Oil pressure isn’t just a number — it’s the lifeline of your engine. 🏍️🔧

This Kawasaki ZX-6R came into the shop with an engine noise that ultimately led us deeper than a typical valve-train inspection.

Proper testing revealed the real problem: dangerously low oil pressure.
After inspecting the lubrication system, we found wear and damage within the oil pump assembly. The affected components were replaced with Genuine Kawasaki parts, the system was carefully reassembled, and oil pressure was mechanically verified with a gauge.

🎥 The final result: oil pressure restored and operating correctly.
Low oil pressure can quickly damage crankshaft bearings, connecting rods, camshafts and other critical engine components and it doesn’t always trigger an obvious warning before the damage begins.

At TSP, we don’t guess and replace parts.

Ducati Scrambler in for a fresh clutch service and oil change.

We installed a Barnett clutch and serviced it with Ducati/Shell oil and genuine Ducati filter to keep everything shifting smooth, grabbing properly, and running the way it should.

2023 Yamaha YZF-R1 | Complete Top-End Service

A proper performance motorcycle service is more than just replacing parts — it’s about measuring, documenting, and making sure everything is working exactly as it should.
This R1 received a full top-end inspection and maintenance service, including air filter inspection, spark plug replacement, throttle body check, valve clearance inspection and adjustment, and fresh engine oil with a genuine Yamaha oil filter.
All valve measurements were recorded and provided to the customer on an inspection sheet for full transparency. The service was performed using precision measuring tools, Hot Cams shims, and genuine Yamaha oil and filter.
