Mike Engel owner of Murphy's Transmission and Automotive Repair in LaGrange Park, IL has always had a knack for reparing cars. In 1995, Mike opened up Murphy's Transmission and Automotive Repair. It was named after a bakery business his mother wanted to open called Miss Murphy's Cakes. Unfortunatly Mike's mother passed away before she was able to open, so Mike named his shop in memory of his mother.
