Hello Everyone, my name is Jacoby, I have recently decided to open my own Automotive repair shop. I have been in this industry for a little over 6 years now, and just finishing up my Automotive degree at the College of Western Idaho. I am a fully certified, ASE 1-9 Technician at this time, and within the next few months will have more ASE Certification under my belt. I do not have a local "shop" established at this time, but do have shop space where I work out of at this time. If your vehicle can drive to me and you can get a ride back, I can bring your vehicle back after repairs are completed, if you would like to pick up that is not a problem either. Car doesn't run? No problem, I started this venture as a Mobile Mechanic, and have the ability to perform most repairs in the comport of your driveway.
As far as work goes, there is not much that I can't do, as a matter of professionality I do not do body work, paint, or anything associated to body work. I keep my past work life in the past but have worked in all aspects of automotive live.
My shop rate AT THIS TIME, will be changing very soon, is $80 an hour for labor and Diagnostic, anything over 2 hours of diagnosis will not be charged, (this does not include extreme vehicle examples), such as accident cars. Labor hours are determined by job, and will only be charged for time allotted for job. I do routine maintenance as well, oil changes, coolant flushes, I charge a minimum of $60 dollars for maintenance jobs if product is provided, if not product will be added to bill.
Times are very crazy right now, most shops in the valley are backed up 2-3 weeks, at this time I can do jobs the next day if we get you scheduled.
