**WARRANTY PDR REPAIR**

This one had an interesting story.

The owner told me this dent drove him crazy. It was right there by the driver's door handle, so every time he walked up to his truck to get in, he saw it.

This was also a warranty repair.

The video starts with the damage under a PDR reflection light, then shows the finished repair under the light, followed by the door under normal lighting.

Warranty job or customer-pay job, the small details still matter.

I'm currently putting together a Minnesota hail repair route for vehicle owners in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding Twin Cities communities.

Not every hail-damaged roof needs to be replaced.

This roof had significant hail damage, but instead of cutting off and replacing the panel, we used Paintless Dent Repair to preserve the factory finish.

Sometimes the most important repair isn't replacing a part—it's finding the actual problem first.

This customer came in with multiple concerns, including warning lights, brake issues, and maintenance needs. Before recommending repairs, we performed diagnostic scanning, cooling system testing, combustion leak testing, brake inspections, and EVAP system diagnosis to identify the root cause.

After completing the repairs and verifying the results, the customer left a 5-star review and noted that the vehicle was running smoother, braking better, and driving noticeably better overall.

Keeping our fleet road-ready means staying ahead of maintenance before small issues become bigger problems.

This week I spent some time addressing brake and suspension-related repairs on one of our service vehicles. While everything was apart, I also refinished the brake drums and completed a few upgrades to give it a cleaner finished look.

The same attention to detail we bring to our customers' vehicles is the same attention we bring to our own fleet. Reliable vehicles help us continue serving customers throughout North Texas.
