This customer came in with multiple concerns, including warning lights, brake issues, and maintenance needs. Before recommending repairs, we performed diagnostic scanning, cooling system testing, combustion leak testing, brake inspections, and EVAP system diagnosis to identify the root cause.

This week I spent some time addressing brake and suspension-related repairs on one of our service vehicles. While everything was apart, I also refinished the brake drums and completed a few upgrades to give it a cleaner finished look.

This vehicle came in for a driver’s front door repair. During a normal walk-around inspection, I noticed additional light damage on the right front fender that hadn’t stood out at first.

Once it was pointed out under proper lighting, the owner recognized how it happened and chose to take care of it as well.

Every Saturday, I spend time at the Frisco Library participating in a Spanish conversation class. It’s about an hour and a half of learning, listening, and practicing with classmates and our instructor.

I’m learning Spanish for several reasons. I’ve always valued culture and communication, and I believe learning another language helps you better understand people and the world around you. I also live and work in Texas, where Spanish is an important and widely spoken language.

From a business standpoint, this matters. I want customers who prefer Spanish to know I’m making a real effort to communicate clearly, respectfully, and directly. I may not be fluent yet, but I’m committed to learning and improving so I can serve more people better.

Learning a language is a process—and I’m showing up for it.
