The Nexus Ghostā„¢ 48V project is complete ā€” and in this video, weā€™re walking through the finished system from front to back.

We added a **secondary Mechmanā„¢ 48V alternator** to create a completely separate, isolated 48V electrical system dedicated to powering the coach.

The finished setup gives this RV **three ways to power up:**

āš” Factory 12V system for traditional dry camping
āš” Shore power when connected at a campsite
āš” A completely isolated 48V system powered by **600Ah of lithium battery capacity**

The 48V system is tied directly into the RVā€™s shore power entry, allowing the coach to run from the lithium bank without relying on the factory generator.

Depending on electrical demand, the system can provide approximately **1ā€“3 days of off-grid power**. When the battery bank gets low, simply start the engine and let the secondary 48V alternator recharge the system.

No dragging out a portable generator.
No listening to a genset run for hours.
No giving up the comforts of the coach.
