Economy Transmission is your transmissions specialist and one-stop shop for all major and minor automotive repairs in the Knoxville area. In business since 1996, we provide full transmission rebuilds and overhauls as well as minor auto repairs and maintenance for all makes and models. We also offer 12 month, 12,000 mile warranties on all transmission work as well as 24 month, 24,000 mile warranties on all general auto work.

Attention R&R technicians, Economy Transmissions is now hiring. We are looking for Technicians to remove and reinstall transmissions and driveline components in a fast-paced transmission shop environment.
Job Duties:
-Remove and install transmissions
-Remove/install transfer cases, differentials, and related components
-Assist with diagnostics and teardown as needed
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
-Work alongside experienced transmission builders and diagnosticians

What we’re looking for:
-Automotive experience
-Must have own tools-Ability to work independently and efficiently
-Dependable attendance and good attitude
-Experience with transmission R&R a big plus
