Selling a vehicle is one transaction. Keeping a business moving is a relationship.

Commercial customers have different expectations. Their vehicles aren't just transportation. They're essential tools that keep their businesses operating.

Across our three rooftops at Ted Russell Ford Lincoln, we recognize that serving these customers requires more than a strong sales department.

Our Ford Pro team, service advisors, technicians, parts departments, and leadership all have a role in delivering the experience commercial customers deserve.

When a business needs a vehicle, we're there to help find the right solution. When that vehicle needs maintenance or repair, our responsibility continues.

That's where teamwork becomes a competitive advantage.

As we continue growing our operations, the opportunity isn't simply to sell more vehicles. It's to build relationships that make us a valuable partner long after the initial sale.
