2005 Subaru Outback, strong motor , 5 sp , was serviced relatively recently, was planning on using the motor, harness, fuel pump , etc ......extremely clean body.....repair a rear brake line and this could be a nice daily while working on the project

Due to health issues I'm going to put this project up for sale.....lock, stock, and barrel......chassis, body, all the parts and components I've gathered.....along with the subaru donor vehicle
If anybody knows someone interested please message me. I'll be posting this up on marketplace and several FB sites

Part of moving included making room in the barn to park the Subie donor. Got some friends to help me put the body onto the pan thus clearing a bay for the outback. First time they been together in over a year

Spent 4 hours up at the shop. We're moving on Friday/Saturday so trying to prep the pan so I can set the body on it. Going to use the other bay to put the Subaru donor.......
Organized tools and put a bunch away
Probably keep using this barn another month before moving it all to the new house....

Been awhile since I've been able to work on the bug. My health has improved and we're moving into a new house in a week so hopefully will have more time to commit to it.
I cleaned up and painted all the overspray so lines are much cleaner now. Onto the other side now.

Need to touch up a few spots then the red will get outlined in gold pinstripe

Making progress......doors hung and some painting complete.......onto the fenders. The fiberglass fenders I have are used, 3" wider than stock. I will be doing some custom work to the rears.....stay tumed

Little more today........bit more body work to finish on the doors. I need some hardware to hang the passenger side door. These are su***de hung and will use a electric popper to open. Hoping to have it put together and painted in the next few days

A little more progress.....the rear valance needs a bit more sanding before paint. Finish doors next. Admittedly my work will be 10/10......from 10' at 10mph it'll be perfect .
Then onto the chassis again.......$$$$ will be the hold up on that
