Tennessee is mapping out the future of transportation! 🗺️🔋

The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) and Drive Electric Tennessee (DET) have officially released the 2026 Roadmap for Electric Vehicles!

This updated 10-year strategy sets a bold new vision to support 750,000 light-duty EVs on Tennessee roads by 2035 by focusing on three key areas:
⚡ Charging Infrastructure: Expanding access in both urban and rural communities.
🚘 Awareness & Adoption: Helping consumers make informed choices.
💡 Innovation: Exploring battery recycling, grid tech, and medium/heavy-duty electrification.

Tennessee is keeping energy dollars local while paving the way for a cleaner, smarter commute!

More fast chargers are coming to Shelby County! 🚙⚡

Memphis Light, Gas & Water (MLGW) is expanding the Fast Charge TN network with two brand new locations, bringing the county’s total to seven sites!

📍 Orleans Station: Located at 714 Madison Ave. (right by Rock'n Dough Pizza & Brewery), featuring 4 Level-3 charging stations that can power up an EV in just 30–40 minutes.
📍 Collierville: Coming this June to 175 Washington Street!

Whether you're commuting or road-tripping, staying charged just got a whole lot easier. 🔋👏
