Say Hello to Heather Sullivan, Service Manager, The Peterbilt Store – Boston.
Heather began her journey with The Pete Store in 2017 after finding a job posting on Indeed. Even though Heather did not have experience in the trucking industry, she did not let that stop her from hitting the submit button on her application. “When I applied, it said ‘willing to train,’ so I figured my winning personality would get me in the door,” Sullivan laughed.
When Sullivan first started in 2017, she was a Service Writer - but as of November 2020, after three years, she has been promoted to the role of Service Manager. “Heather was the clear choice because of her dedication to the job and her ability to connect with not only our customers, but also our staff. Heather shows our technicians the level of respect they deserve and in return, they do the same for her. She is a great example of someone that owns their role and the decisions they make daily,” said Matt Preston, Vice President, New England.
Outside of The Pete Store, Heather is a family-oriented, of two, with an adorable grandson named Matthew.
Whether walking through the Service Shop or enjoying oysters and wine, Heather believes in working hard, being kind, and leading by example to those around her.
