Due to lack of help, intrest, and power / heating and ac problems. We are closing shop as of today. We will set up at our shop in valpo in the near future or try to find another building somewhere. Thanks for all the support the past few months folks. Sorry we couldn't make it run over here..it breaks my heart. If I have anything of anyone's over here. Get with me and I'll get it to you.

At the raceway til 6 tonight. Come get some practice laps in. $20 for a full hour today. That's a lot of LapS. Got the music cranking and a few cars on the road course already today.. inside knox mall. Coke have some fun. Ya got nothing better to do!

Short video of some the hundreds of kiddos and adults that raced little cars on our mobile track at shadyhill speedway shot by Kevin Leatherman . This was a huge success at the race track. We let the kids race FREE all night! Who does that anymore? It's all about the kids. Let's support the track and get your backside trackside and come to the raceway and get the kids and yourselves involved in a low cost competitive hobby that is also educational. Slot racing teaches and engages a Lot of things. I.e. for a short list:
Hand eye coordination.
Mathematics
Geometry
The importance of rule following
It gives an adrenaline kick without the violence
It teaches how to be a good winner or loser
It builds integrity and the importance of self investment.

So its more than just having fun with little cars. It's therapuetic for some. SOme kids and adults with special needs can use our racing to to do something different from the normal every day life and experience a new thrill that can be exciting and focusing for them.

Come on out and try something different. You won't regret it. And as always remember we are all ages. Come support the raceway and have a good time with us. Don't forget we host birthday parties and we can bring the party to you with our mobile racetrack for events and birthdays and heck even weddings or funerals.! Call or pm to book today!

We're taking racing to the racetrack tomorrow night folks.. we're bringing the dirt slot car track to the dirt track. Shady hill speedway has been kind enough to have us bring the mobile slot car track out for a evening of entertainment between the entertainment at the track. Bring the kiddos out to race for hotwheels!

All set up at earl park festival. If you have never been here. It is one heck of a festival.. one of the best in the state by far. There are awesome vendors and flea markets. One of the best tractor and truck pulls I've ever been to. An awesome derby. . Lots of cool stuff.. it's a great time. Come see us a d race on our mobile "dirt" slot car track!
