A delay is frustrating. Not knowing why makes it worse. 📞

That part of Michael Thompson’s review stood out to us.

Michael said there were a couple of delays during the repair of his Buick, but “I got a call every time there was a problem to let me know the reason and the updated timetable.”

And when he got the car back?

The front driver-side damage was gone, and Michael said the quality of the repair spoke for itself.

After refinishing, polishing can remove small surface imperfections and refine the finish. The technician watches the light move across the panel because the reflection exposes what a quick glance can miss.
